Filters for ventilation and air conditioning

Used for initial air filtration in all types of equipment. These filters are successfully used in air-conditioned offices, schools or laboratories. The product is dedicated to the initial filtration in paint shops. Classification and application of "G" filters. G1-G2 (Used for basic simple filtration solutions - filtration ability: leaves, sand, insects) G3-G4 (Effective for particles ≥ 10 μm - Used for filtration of exhaust air such as restaurant boxes. Filters used for initial air purification for filters from F7 to F9.

Used for final filtration in ventilation equipment and air conditioners and for initial filtration for HEPA filters. Filters of this class are used in offices, hospitals, pharmacy, computer centers and the food industry. Classification and application of "F" filters. F5 Filter for rooms with low requirements, e.g. production room. (Filter used for pre-filtration before filters F8 and F9). F6 Filtration ability e.g. (Larger bacteria, PM-10 dust). F6 also used for preliminary air purification for F8-F9 filters. F7-F8 Typical end filters used, among others, in air-conditioned offices. Filtration ability e.g. (Accumulated soot, cement dust, PM 2.5 dust). F8-F9 End filter for rooms of a higher standard. Application among others in the pharmaceutical industry.

They are widely used in the automotive, pharmaceutical and food industries. BlueLine V-series filters are dedicated to work in difficult operating conditions, e.g. to filter air on paint lines.

For filtering air in power plants. They are used in ventilation systems in the presence of explosive atmospheres caused by the presence of gases. (for use in EX zones 1 and 2 as well as 21 and 22). Characteristics of the Ex-Protect filter:

• Synthetic fiber filtration medium with a metal mesh,
• Metal frame,
• Available in grounding versions (with grounding clamp, with grounding pin and without grounding).
  
  Ex-Protect filters are subjected to technical tests and certification by TUV Industrie Service GmbH.

They are used to filter supply and recirculating air in air-conditioning devices found in offices and production plants. A characteristic feature for this type of filter is a filtration medium made of synthetic fibers in which there is an active substance that inhibits the growth and development of bacteria, mold, fungi and yeast. The substance in the fibers is not harmful and is not subject to release, thanks to which it is completely safe for users. It is worth to mention that the Biostat filter specification prevents the formation of germs in the filter medium.
